Group 1-winning trainer Robbie Laing has dusted himself off once or twice before throughout his turbulent career, but he was dealt another cruel blow last week when his stable stalwart Stars of Carrum died in a routine trackwork session.
Laing tests Fat Cat in Group 1
Robbie Laing will test the credentials of Hey Fat Cat for the third week in a row by tackling Saturday’s $750,000 Group 1 Futurity Stakes (1400m), with the potential to run again next weekend in the Australian Guineas.
